All online purchases during the off season are final sale. We do accept in-person exchanges within 10 days of purchase from Memorial Day to Labor Day only. Please visit Osprey Liquors during operating hours to complete the exchange.

Once a shipment is in the possession of USPS, any lost/missing/damaged shipments are out of our control. If a shipment goes missing after it leaves our possession and enters USPS transit, it is the customer's responsibility to address it with USPS. Please report any damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
